Brownster includes AI-powered features that help you with contract questions, grievance drafting, and workplace guidance. When you use the AI Assistant, the text you enter (including chat messages and grievance details) may be transmitted to xAI, a third-party AI service provider, for processing. This text is used solely to generate AI responses within the app and is not used for any other purpose.
xAI processes this data solely to generate responses and does not use it for advertising or sell the data.
Before first use of AI features, you are asked for permission to enable AI processing. You may decline, and the app will continue to function without AI features.
All personal data (work logs, incidents, grievances, employee profile) is stored locally on your device. Brownster does not create user accounts and does not store your data on external servers.
Brownster does not sell your personal data to third parties.
Brownster does not use cross-app tracking or advertising identifiers to track your activity across other apps.
